Join Us for the 2024 Garden & Patio Tour! |
Garden lovers, you’re in luck! After a brief pandemic hiatus, the Old Town Garden and Patio Tour is back! This self-guided tour takes place Saturday, August 10 from noon to 5pm. Tickets are available at www.iloveoldtown.org. For those who haven’t been lucky enough to participate in the past, participants receive a map at the check-in the day of the event. From there, they choose the path they would like to take and head out to see incredible hidden and not-so-hidden gardens. We’ll have a few past favorites like the Turner Dodge House and Kozy Koi as well as some new contenders in the Walnut Neighborhood. Additionally, select Old Town businesses will be offering specials and a great place to take a brief rest and grab a snack or cold beverage. And, you’ll be sure to learn some new gardening tips along the way! This event will take place rain or shine and has a limited number of tickets, so be sure to grab yours now! Participants will be on sidewalks, in grassy areas and in a few locations, need to be able to use stairs or go through a doorway. Don’t hesitate to reach out to the OTCA with any questions or to get your tickets. We look forward to seeing you there! |
On Saturday, Aug. 17, more than 100 art vendors and several food trucks will take over Turner and Clinton streets in the heart of Old Town for the 10th annual ArtFeast.
Join us from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. to see and buy amazing pieces from new and emerging artists and some of you favorite Lansing-area creators. From paintings to woodworking to jewelry and everything in between, ArtFeast has something for everyone!
Feast on delicious food from several food trucks, dessert, candy and refreshments in our food court on Clinton Street. And don't forget to stop by Old Town's many boutique shops and eateries. Old Town is also a social district, so sip while you stroll!
Want to give back a little in between all the fun? Volunteers are needed for this fun event. Shifts start at 8 a.m. and include helping with setup; keeping the grounds clean and safe and tearing down. Volunteers of all ages are welcome and volunteer registration can be found here!
We can't wait to see you in Old Town as we celebrate 10 years of arts and entertainment.
