The Lansing for Cesar E. Chavez Committee (LCEC) will present the Cesar E. Chavez Fiesta helping to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month which is from September 15th to October 15th each year. Using the Cesar E. Chavez Plaza, the LCEC Committee will offer a family friendly event, live music, food and a much needed festival for the Hispanic Latino community.
