Save the Date: Not Your Opa’s Oktoberfest is on Oct. 5-6

It may still be hot outside, but in Old Town we’re getting ready for fall and the 2018 Oktoberfest. It’s certainly not your Opa’s Oktoberfest and has a little bit of the traditional and a little bit of what only Old Town can offer — with music, games, food and beer.

Besides the traditional Oktoberfest beers, we’ll have some surprise cocktails from local businesses; fun new games and a mix of music for everyone! This is a 21 and up event.

Oktoberfest runs from 6-11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5 and noon-10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6. Join us Saturday to celebrate Michigan State’s homecoming football game at the festival. And don’t forget to visit our Old Town businesses throughout the week leading up to Oktoberfest — a purchase will get you $1 off a beer during Oktoberfest.
