Truscott, Rossman Merge

Two Lansing based public relations firms; The Rossman Group and John Truscott Group, are combining their staffs to form a statewide bipartisan firm that will be renamed Truscott Rossman.

Kelly Rossman-McKinney, the current CEO of The Rossman Group plans on leasing her 3,000 square foot office space located on Washington Avenue, in Lansing’s Old Town, and will move her staff into John Truscott Group’s offices downtown Lansing in the Boji Tower.

Rossman-McKinney has experience working for the Democratic administration of former Gov. James Blanchard, and Truscott has experience as communications director for former Republican Gov. John Engler. They will now be able to combine their backgrounds and offer knowledge from both sides of the political spectrum to their clients.

Truscott Rossman will offer multiple services such as issue management, crisis and litigation communication, media relations, government affairs, ballot initiatives, and other services. Their client list includes; Lansing Community College, Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, DTE Energy and Meijer Inc.
